It looks awesome! I personally wouldn't put the guard back but then again my opinion isn't relevant. Those Bareknuckles are probably Pearly Queens since BKP have only one HB-sized P-90 model.

i'm not a huge fan of these hollow Gibson but i like that!!! Looks nice

I like the Hollow Gibsons a little, mostly because i'm a huge fan of 70's era Rush...

Gibson paint job rejects get painted Ebony, I've seen it may times before.

Fender does that too. If they mess up a sunburst they'll just spray black over it.

They also have been known to paint right over an existing finish if they're short on a particular colour. It's not uncommon to strip down a Lake Placid Blue or Fiesta Red guitar and find white or black underneath.
