Most Gibson "24.75" are actually 24 9/16 ,closer to 24.5

Alright, I'm bringing the guitars with me tomorrow to the local guitar shop. The hondo looks like it may have a twisted neck, but maybe not.

If it does, measure the width of the neck pocket, then look @ the guitar fetish website under factory buyout clearance and they may have one that will fit. Price on those is usually between $25 & $40, but read the descriptions carefully as some of them may not be fretted or missing frets. A brand new neck from them runs about $50-60.
the clearance necks will also likely need to have a nut installed so a new one from them could be cheaper

probably need fret leveling and such
