That all depends on what you want tone-wise, what you don't like about yuour current PU's, and what style of music you play. What kind of wood is your body & neck? Give us something to work on.

I play mostly metal and jazz, classical, acoustical, all over the map i guess i dont understand the wireing diagram silly i know i guess if you can hook up emg style you can do seymours as well huh?i will hook up a sh-6 b and alnico 2 pro neck i'll try that.

Do you already have a SH-6 & AlPro2? It's an odd combo. The SH-6 is a bright ceramic, which is harsh clean, and your neck HB is much darker with an A2 magnet. This could be like the infamous Gibson 490R/498T combo, with a very bright bridge & a dark neck, making it almost impossible to get one amp setting that works well for both.

I can see the AlPro2 as a good jazz neck PU, but you can find much better bridge PU's to pair it with.

Re: new guy here

Thanks you guys for the reply. The duncan distortion is a heavy pickup yes and am not to sure about the alnico neck? I have a 1999 jackson dr3 with a distortion bridge and a jazz 2 neck it sounds really great. But....... my friend has a brawley guitar with 2 custom alnicos bridge and neck i dig the neck alot and thought about the combo of distortion and alnico 2 pro just a idea in the kh202. Im also thinkin about distortion and full shred?

dude, it's a Kirk Hammet model. put a set of EMG 81's in it. :headbang:

if you insist on SD's, then I'd use a Distortion/59 set.
