I would like to put a Humbucker in the neck position of a Tele' clone guitar .
I understand that the four conductor Hums that have the seperate windings available allow for single coil operation as well . If this is a common mod , and the homework has already been done , is there a source for wiring diagram with the appropriate wiring , capacitor and pot changes if necessary something like this :
5 neck HB
4 neck SC
3 inside SC
2 neck SC w/ Bridge SC
1 Bridge SC
Anyone have a minute to direct a new guy around ?
