Welcome to the forum!

Everything should work about the same. The one thing you can think about is how you want to designate your tones. 1 for the neck and middle, 1 for the bridge etc. You can also decide if you want to convert 1 or 2 of your tones into no load tones so they will be out of the circuit when they're on 10 and make it brighter.

An extra suggestion: I always use my 3rd knob as a neck/bridge blender so I can get neck and bridge position or all 3 pickups.

Start off with the usual parts, if you want a bridge tone like Clint55 said you could easily add it.

If you find the bridge pickup isn't bright or dare I say loud enough it's where it gets tricky. The usual rule of thumb for volume or tone controls on guitars is
250k - single coils
500k - humbuckers
See what works for your personal taste if anything.

Everything else is fine and can stay

mods wise
the autosplit mod is a must if you want to have hum cancellation in position 2 (bridge humbucker / middle pickup)
one of the best ways to add extra brightness to the guitar is a mod people call a blower switch, it acts like a true bypass on/off on a guitar pedal

for either of those wiring mods let me know if you need a copy I have over 200 diagrams on my computer I can send

this is a great explanation about different pots in your guitar. the more advanced video on his channel I suggest is the resonant peak one.

Keep in mind that SD's pickups are (mostly) out of phase with Fenders. So you will have to reverse the hot & ground on the SD.

I love my 60’s classic player Strat, killer features including the CS69 pickups.

As Mincer says, watch out for polarity, the Duncan will be opposite phase from the Fenders.
