Congrats man, nothing beats a '57 Goldie when it comes to Lesters. Once you get used to the neck, you'll never go back to skinny necks - or at least that's what happened to me.

you know, I've had a set of Seths set aside to put in my R7, but just never got around to it ... I think it would definitely be an improvement, but it's not too much of a priority 'cause I'm usually playing a strat or tele.

the BBs were just not quite there for me

As much as I love the cream + pickguard look, I really dig the black plastic/no pickguard look!! BTW, I did this BEFORE the Joe Bonamassa LP came out, so it's not from his inspiration :cool2::eyecrazy::naughty:
