Did some soldering yesterday:
Ended up with 5 new circuit boards (clockwise from top left we have an EQ pedal, Germanium Fuzz, Modified MXR Blue Box, Pitch Shifter / Fuzz / Vibrato / Arpeggiator , and an Envelope Filter)
Then I grabbed a case, drilled the holes (for the pots, power jack, instrument jacks, stomp switch and LED) and took FOREVER wiring everything up for the envelope filter. Jammed everything into the case eventually. Plugged it in and nothing exploded, so that was a good start. Pressed the switch and the LED lit up - another good sign. Hooked it up to my amp, and . . . it sounds great! Really a fun little pedal to play around with.
This circuit is based on the Mad Professor Snow White Autowah (I just used higher spec components for the most part), and really nails all the tones in this demo:
(Actually, I haven't used an envelope filter before, so I wasn't sure what all the controls did until I watched the demo.)
