New Project Day - Frankenstein

Re: New Project Day - Frankenstein

Turned out great buddy it's one of the nicer ones I've seen that's for sure!

I'll check my quarters and see if I can locate a 71 for ya. I remember when I built one of these years ago from an NOS (orig color was Sea Foam Green) Kramer Classic-1 Strat, and the 71 quarter was one of the tougher items to locate.

Everybody wants some!

Look up EVH's Frankenstrat, no one knows why he did it, no, it's not wired, nor is the neck pickup. M'nM is just building a tribute/replica. And a great job at that! Still needs the '71 (?) quarter though.

OK, I gotcha.

The only thing remaining to do is bring that guitar to your next gig and play some light jazz. Very quietly. :P

Re: New Project Day - Frankenstein

Neck Swap on the Frankenstein; a Quartersawn USACG Maple that I've had for a few years which feels very much like one of my old favorites - an old '88 Gunslinger Neck with R3 Nut, 12" Straight Radius and Jumbo Frets.
