Earlier this week I ordered a new set of the Seth Lovers from John at "WYMORE GUITARS". They arrived promptly and I installed them in my Ibanez ARC-300 right away.
To say that I am pleased would be a serious understatement. These Seth's made this guitar come alive. They sound just great. I did just a little bit of adjusting and had them putting out some sweet tones for sure.
One other thing is they were a good bit louder than I had expected. Not that they are in overdrive territory, just that I had expected them to be subdued, and that they are definately not. With my Allen Encore amp set clean and the master up they put out some buttery smooth tones from the neck and the bridge will scream just a little if I have the pot all the way open. I think the bridge sounds best rolled off just a little. I may lower the PU just a hair so it will get that way with the pot open.
ANyway Thats my critque and I'm stickin' to it.
