This is freakin' cool! Your vocals sound slightly off key, but in a very good way.
It's extremely atmospheric, and your singing style fits the lyrics well.
Makes me think of something some cool late 60's band would have done.

I could do without the Jesus lyrics though, especially the line "I've met Jesus" which just makes me think of this:

and as far as the jesus thing...I was debating whether or not to put it in....I decided to do it b/c its not about loving jesus or anything like that....I was talking more about an idealistic life with religion that works I guess...I'll probably take it out...or something

it has lots of potential but the production is holding it back quite a bit. The guitar sounds really indistinct, which is great for building that sonic atmosphere but i think you should add another track with a clearer guitar over that, perhaps an acoustic? of course you can mix them so that one doesnt overpower the other
i like where you are going with the vocals but there are times where they are peaky. Keep in mind that whenever you change your volume you should adjust your position from the mic accordingly, so on those louder parts you should back away a bit. i also felt that they were too upfront for the most part. maybe on the next take you could add some compression as well

lol, I just plugged the guitar into my USB interface and recorded into audacity. the fuzz was a half rectification fuzz. I panned that slightly and then put the clean in the other ear

Hahaha interesting. I noticed it had a 'square' digital type fuzz, I thought it was one of your whacky stomp boxes or something.
