New songwriting demo, Part I (Genesis/Coheed/Crimson/Sabbath)

Started working on a new song this weekend; pretty happy with the first few minutes. If you like some wacky prog I hope this is right up your street.

Wow... a lot of different stuff in there!

I heard:
• Sabbath-ish soft stuff
• Rush-ish stuff
• Disco-ish stuff
• Eighties/Transformers-action-scene-ish stuff
• BOC/Godzilla-ish stuff

For all that seemingly eclectic "stuff," you did a nice job of pulling it all together... nice job! [emoji1303]

Could use some real horns instead of the synth'd ones though... [emoji12]

Thanks! I am hoping to complete the music today and have the lyrics and vocal line completed by Monday; then on to the next one!

Heh, that line definitely has a Rainbow influence.
