New Splawn Amp?

Re: New Splawn Amp?

scott's about as cool as they get, man =) no doubt about that..and he builds a hell of an amp

cant go wrong with a Religious/Family man.

He was even gonna pay for some of the shipping cause i am in Greece!

Hey Shredder, have you heard the new VHT Deliverance line of amps? How can you compare it to the Quick Rod?
The Deliverance is sweeter and more vintage than the other VHT line.

see? more proof that he's one of the best guys in the business...I've called and emailed him a billion times and he's always been great to talk to..he talks to you as if he's known you for years and he's sincere..

I have no experience with the deliverance amp...not many bells and whistles and pretty simplistic from what I understand...has a vintage vibe to it..I like the clips I've heard (only heard a few)...but not quite ballsy enough for me...but great if you're into AC/DC, ZZ top and older VH...

the only VHT amp I've played through was a pittbull and I thought it didn't sound nearly as good as the $1600 USED price tag led me to beleive...I'll take my Quick Rod over that (or really any other amp..lol) in a heartbeat...

but I can' tcompare the QR to the Deliverance cause I've only heard a clip or two...but you can still get that sme vintage vibe outta the QR...if you go to scott's website, Al Estrada's clips are a good example of that
