I just finished this track, an old school rocker with a touch of sci fi to it... Definately removed from my usual funk leanings. I am useing a 69 Ampeg B25 head into my Traynor 2/12 cab. My 83 Ibanez Roadstar does the work on the guitar side. As always, I have to plug Rikki Davenport, for his spectacular drum work.

Man i love the groove and vibe of your songs!You allways have that smooth thing going on!The tempo is really great and the synths are well ,and your tone is suberb!
The riff is somehow agressive and chilled in the same time!

Oh and the drumming is excelent..again!

I need to see you live man. I PMed you about it. I live like 2 hours away from St paul/minneapolis area so I'm pumped if you have any kid-friendly concerts. :headbang:

Yes it does, it is called the volume knob, it just has Volume, Bass and Treble, very simple layout... It screams real nice, but it has to be loud.

Robyn Trower definately had something to do with the tone of this song. His sound is so huge, but it is silky smooth, and warm. You kinda get surrounded by it. With the tune, we decided to make the vibe mellow, so that it would make the bigger parts stand out, it was not how I originally planned it. But we tried it with the ride cymbal, and it just worked perfectly.

LOL, I love that description!! Raw meat and Acid Mists, two of the best descriptions I have ever had about my music. lol

I originally wrote it with a singer in mind but I sat on it for 4 months, waiting for a singer and finally just decided to move on it. I have learned over the years that waiting just gets you nothing, I had high hopes for the singer I was working with. She tracked a couple other tunes with me, and I loved em...
