NG TDBY Stands for New Guitar the day before yesterday, I have been a bit too busy to take pics and as you may know these threads are worthless without pics. These aren't too great pics, mind you.
Anyway, it's a Classic Player 60's Stratocaster, Made in Estados Unidos Mexicanos. The pickups (Fender Custom Shop '69) are excellent for that classic Strat sound and the two-point Custom shop bridge works well, too.
Anyway, here are the pictures:

Muy bonita!

Purists won't like the 2 point tremelo, it's smoother than the 6 point I imagine? Gotta sound different I imagine too... not that it matters. :D

Congratulations, bro! It's gorgeous.

Cheers!

Well, I bet that the new plastic also sounds drastically different :D
Of course different bridge types will sound slightly different. But I don't think that's too noticeable a difference. And yes, it's smooth.

Re: Ng tdby

I love the sonic blue version of that! Great score...

Thanks.
Sonic Blue ain't really my thing. I like more classic colours (not in classic as in Fender classic but black, white, natural, bursts etc.). I can see why some people like it, though. It's got that classic Fender vibe to it.
