Please forgive the horrible cell phone pictures. I got this Aria Pro II for less than $100 including shipping.

Changed out both pots, put a Twang Banger in the bridge position and Duncan Designed SC101 in the neck position. For a very cheap guitar, it feels good and plays quite well. I call that an eBay win.

I'm really not a strat-type guy but for some reason the bridge-neck configuration for single coils looks quirky enough for me to like this one... congrats on the good deal!

I've owned one and enjoyed it. The problem I have with most of them is the tremolo, since I prefer hard tail.

Looks like a nice score! With a cheap guitar it really just comes down to playability to me. As long as it plays nice you can modify the electronics to make it sound reasonable.

Never! I've managed to hold on to mine for like 8 or 10 years. For me, that's the equivelant of several lifetimes
