Not new today, but picked this up very recently used at my local Guitar Center. So different from my Fender Tele, and so far I love them equally.

Love that guitar that is what I need next for a gigging axe. Simple, powerful, no frills.

If I had a Jr, I'd probably take out all the electronics, wire the pup to the jack and just add a kill switch.

Alas, I'm too much of a fiddler to ever be content with a one pickup guitar.

I play the bridge 90% of the time anyway. So I guess the single pup fits my personality. And I really like the p90 Rock tone. Highly recommend!

Awesome!! Been eyeing Jrs myself and hadnt seen a pelham blue... GAS attack!! congrats!!

I really wanted one of those pelham blue 2011's when they were available, but didn't pull the trigger. Nice grab, because it's rarity will help it's value.

Nothing like a good Junior. Congratulations. I remember when they were available in that color. I really wanted to get one, but all the ones I played had really bad nut work and fret work, plus very sharp, squared off fingerboard edges. Is it one of the ones with the obeche fretboard?

It might feel good as it is, but if you get the nut replaced, have the fingerboard edges smoothed over, the frets crowned, and the fret ends rounded over, then you'll be blown away by the proper nut work and fret work (two things that Ginson seriously skimp on).
