To answer a couple of questions; I like the Walnut, it's not anywhere near as heavy as my '83 Sunburst Maple Bodied Kramer Pacer Imperial, I'd say it's 8.5 lbs and slightly lighter in weight than my Mahogany Warmoth Iceman. Tone is nice and full and it has awesome sustain. As to the Lithium Humbuckers; I played them through my 5150 and Trainwreck Clone and they sounded equally nice through either amp. Very clear sound and full with great harmonics. I expected them to be a bit high on the treble but they really aren't in any way bright or tinny...just clear and balanced without overemphasis on any one tonal frequency. Definitely not the mid-bass grunt like a Tone Zone but more akin to a JB yet less grind and more clarity.
