A quick Google search says those guitars came with the Virtual PAF. That would explain it not looking like a PAF Pro.

Nice colour! Wonder if the active thing with the dummy coil is similar to the simulated "neck pickup" circuit I have in my 30 Fret Ibanez RG550XH.
The Silent Circuit was explained in this interview.
What I have is the first version, which piggybacks on the bottom of the neck pickup. It only works on the neck pickup, as every other position has 2 coils active at any given time. Later on, they enclosed the circuit in a little cylinder, separate from the pickup (my other Music Man had that). It does work really well.
