Yeah, sorry. Didn't mean to imply it was. Just that the choice to immortalize (for however long this model remains a moneymaker for EBMM) the specific design language from a single album* is roughly akin to using the font from the cover of 1955's ) Les and Mary for the headstock of every Les Paul guitar made since.

A perfectly valid choice, but unusual.

*Probably her BEST album to date, for my tastes.

Nice! EBMMs are solid instruments. I had a Silo Special for many years and I'd love to get an Albert Lee HH model.

The St. Vincent model is suprisingly well balanced and rosewood necks are always awesome. Enjoy!

Still don't understand how those are more ergonomic for a woman to play than any Fender, but the rosewood neck is stupid cool.

They're not, and to my knowledge EBMM has never marketed it as such. Most of that seemed to stem from a couple of ill-advised social media posts* from Annie Clark, which in various subsequent interview, she's either backed away from or doubled-down on, depending on the day.

*Though really, "room for a breast or two" isn't inherently gendered: I know plenty of middle aged dudes with boobs.

Whether it was marketed or just her saying it, that really pointy upper bout doesn't look like it's leaving much room. I remember reading her say something about how traditional electric guitar styles weren't designed with female anatomy in mind. Just saying this one doesn't seem to be, either.

Regardless, even though it's not my favorite guitar ever, I think it's cool that somebody did something obviously breaking from tradition.

Well, for EB/MM are my favorite guitars, but it is my least favorite body shape. I bet the neck makes up for it, though.
