Re: NGD--another Epiphone!
I haven't done anything this guitar yet. I have all the supplies I need, including the logos, but I've fallen so madly in love with it that it has become my main axe. This is the first Epi I've ever had that sounded and played so good. The Pro/Fx sounded incredible after mods, but I could never get the action quite the way I like it. I'm playing this guitar with 10s and I love the way it plays. Doesn't bother my wrist, nothing. While the Duncan Distortion isn't a warm pickup, it is a hot pickup without being over the top. I have PLENTY of guitars with warmth, so this is a welcome addition to the family. The black Epi Genesis that I recently got sounds and plays unbelievably also with a Jazz (designed) bridge and HB-112 bridge. I may get to the headstock one day, but it is really funny how when a guitar sounds and plays so sweet, the headstock totally disappears as an issue, lol.
