I know... I shouldn't get any more cheap guitars... I'm sorry guys... :17:

I just couldn't help myself. Especially with the 10 month layaway..

ESP LTD H-400 with the JB/59 that came stock. Sounds great, plays great and looks great.

I couldn't resist at $225...

The G.A.S is strong in this one

pictures when you can;)

Sure will. ;)

Who said that? They are an idiot.

Is that chill the ghost of Iceman passing through this thread?

Well, almost everyone has said get a 800$ guitar over two 400$ guitars. So far I have a 200$ Washburn, 250$ Epiphone Les Paul Studio with a JB/Jazz combo and a soon to be 250$ ESP LTD H400 with a JB/59' combo(And 2 star shaped guitars we re-finished but they were a gift so I'm not counting them). That could have gotten me a used 1000-1200$ geetar. Now, I know I'm just a "beginner" still but I can't tell to much difference between my Epi studio and a Gibson studio. Not sure if that makes me sound stupid but it's the truth.

You could of got 4 for $1000 :smash:

Uhm.. Yeah!!! I guess??? :)

Nathan another younger member on here got 4 guitars for 1g :fest6:

Yeah, I saw that thread!

I feel bad with 5 guitars.. I really need to play them more.. I just keep wanting more, but I'm barely playing the ones I have.. :(

Meh... expensive guitars are nice, but having a variety of stuff that you enjoy playing and can afford is better in my book. My #1 guitar cost me $95 at a pawn shop, and I get a ton of tone compliments at shows.

Awesome!

As I'm supposed to be buying a quadcopter(And have a 10/22 on layaway) and already have most of the stuff ready to order, it is going to be a little while before I'm able to pick this one up.. Of course not 10 months but a little while.

Re: NGD as soon as I pay off the layaway..

Am I reading this right? You put a $225 guitar on a 10 month layaway?

I don't plan on waiting 10 months.

It's just what they have as a layaway. It's going to be a little while as there is just to much stuff I already have on layaway or am trying to get. But not 10 months!

Re: NGD as soon as I pay off the layaway..

I bought a Parker back in June that was backordered til mid September

And is now had the delivery pushed back to mid October

It's not uncommon I guess

!0 months or 2 doesn't matter, it gets the guitar into your hands. Congrats. ;)

Re: NGD as soon as I pay off the layaway..

Thanks guys! :)

Has anyone had any experience with this guitar? Or know anything about it? I thought it played amazingly but I'd like some opinions. ;)

I could have bought one really nice guitar last month. I picked up a dozen inexpensive ones instead.

(They're all made of mahogany and are all set neck, so they're inexpensive. Not cheap.)

:bigthumb:

So I guess this one is "Inexpensive"? :D

Absolutely correct. $225 is a great deal for that, especially with the Duncans. Even if you don't like the sound of them, you can pop them out and sell them for $100 and only have $125 into the guitar and put in a different set of pickups. (Some of the guitars I bought were Schecter Blackjacks that came with that exact set, and I pulled them all out. The JB is perfect for a bolt on alder bodied guitar. In Mahogany it just didn't balance right. :D )
