Very nice!! :D

I have a Wildkat lmt.ed. Koa, which I love.

I very loved the Casino , too.. and the smaller verision, the.. coupe?! :o

But, after all; the needs I have i.e. 80's metal; deserves a tone block. The Wildkat has a flat back, with the tone block including bridge p.u. and bridge. Sounds glorious!!

Congratulations on your guitar;

-Erl

PS: If the microphones start feedbacking/being microphonic; as mine did. I put some silicone inside the covers. But, it dampened the bell-like high end. The covers are made of iron, magnetic metal! =)

Peace out!!!

You realize, of course, that you can never have too many guitars. I agree with "keep both".

While I agree with the sentiment, it's not practical for me to keep both. The Red Casino was a placeholder for the Natural Casino.

The natural casino looks better without the pickguard, but I really like the cherry one with the white guard.

I like the cherry one without the pickguard too, but the cherry does look much better with the pickguard on than the natural one does.

WildKat are great guitars! I've heard a few punk bands use them to great effect. Not sure what you mean by tone block though? Centre block? I thought Wildkats were full hollow? Now I'm confused. I've never seen a Koa model in person but I imagine it looks great!

Thanks for the tip regarding feedback. I've also heard of people stuffing the body. I just play with less distortion when I plug in the casino.

Man I am thinking that there might be a Casino if my near future....

Do it! They are great guitars with a unique sound. Also, great video!

You DEFINITELY need a Casino in your very near future. (There is a reason why both Lennon and McCartney got them and used them so much). That 330-shaped hollow body with P-90s is undeniably a great, unique sound!

The Beatles got the idea from Keef. Keef got his in the summer of '64. Paul followed at the end of '64. John and George got theirs in '66. Copycats.

I’ve been considering one in Worn Olive Drab, and to a lesser extent, Worn Ebony. $499 for a hollow-bodied P90 Epi seems like it’s too good to be true!

Was up in Prescott last week and saw a blonde Epi Casino in a pawn shop for ~$300 US. Kicking myself that I didn't grab it.

Yeah, sometimes you just have to make a snap decision and not think about it too much. It's too easy to lose that "too good to be true" opportunity.

It fell into the "it would be nice, but don't really have to have" category.
