That is a sweet guitar, and a very cool pickup combination. Well done sir! I love these built-from-parts workhorse Strats (I have one myself).

Since that picture was taken I've changed the bridge pickup from a little 59 to a Quarter Pounder, it has an SSL-5 middle and a Quarter Pounder neck. 500k pots.
I love the look of the maple board on yours.

That's how she looked in December 2000 when I first bought her. My first guitar, 2000 MiM Fender Std Strat in Midnight Blue. Imagine that...
And this is how she looks now, almost 12 years later, not my oldest guitar, but the guitar I have had for the longest...
So, I might be somewhat biased but let me just say how awesome I find her to be.

Thanks all.
I thought about a series/parallel switch but to be honest, I don't need it. I definitely don't want to drill a hole to add a toggle so that's out of the question, hence why I went with a push/pull.
KeeperOS: put a white guard on it.
I will be playing it some more tonight as I prepare for Thursday afternoon's gig. Just hope the weather report of 40% rain changes to 10% or none at all. It would suck to get rained out.

I played this baby at our gig yesterday afternoon (90-min set), outdoors in the hot sun. It was supposed to rain and looked like it was going to but Mother Nature spared us, and everyone else, and gave us a nice afternoon with some sun. The guitar played great and sounded great. It passed it's first gig test with flying colors. I was able to get everything I wanted out of it and then some. Just awesome all around. I'm going to put a couple more coats of finish on the neck in the upcoming weeks.
