Had a basket case 2000 MIM Strat come out of Pawn last week and I snagged it when I got paid on Friday.
When I got it it was super NASTY had only 3 strings green frets and a neck you could bow hunt with. Just got it back together tonight and snapped a quick cell phone photo. or 2. Fresh set of Ghoto locking tuners full set up and clean up for now. Have a steel big block and set of Alnico II pros that may go in later this week but wanted to get it up and playing to see how she responds first. So far so good really nice player now and sounds pretty goods as is will play it out on Wednesday and that will tell the real tale.
