NGD Ibanez uv70p

Re: NGD Ibanez uv70p

Its the old style cut away... its squared off not the rounded one...

Thanx, I cannot stand squarred neck heels. I found the playability of the UV70p superb. Also its sound, tones and comfort were exceptional. If only those damn neck holes in mine were drilled correctly with or without the shim that would be great. I could solve all trem problems (and basically it is a good trem, if we bypass the fact of the very soft intonation screws, with the sensitive heads stripping easily), then i would definitely keep it.

DaMN bro! IS the misses pissed off at you? Wasnt this meant to be the buy and shred no **** around beast?

I think its worth the effort it looks like a sweet guitar.

Very sweet. Playability, comfort, weight, sounds, tones of the guitar, and of course the superb fretwork, all those are great. I am gonna give it a second shot. Wish me good luck brother of metal!

An update from thomann (the seller) :

they say this instrument has been "repaired" and/or "unscrewed" and refuse to exchange it for a new one.
The pics they sent show some minor scratches in the pickguard and around the neck screws, which IMO can be corrected in less than 30 mins.
They say they will forward the guitar to Ibanez, and if they fix it its ok, if not they will replace it.

So, what's your prediction, will Ibanez service in Germany be able to fix this?
