Got this on saturday. It's a japanese ibanez sv470. Totally one of my favorite guitars. Sounds great through my marshall dsl.

I don't really know what else to say but i love this guitar!

22 fret S model. Don't see those to often. Very nice score my friend.

Usually not my kind of thing, but that looks amazing! Congrats!

Re: Ngd - japanese ibanez content

Thanks guys. It funny, yesterday i noticed a gnarly buzzing on a couple of the frets. I was extremely discouraged, then upon further investigation, it was just a pick holder the original owner put on the headstock vibrating. Removed it, and really digging the setup. Glad i didn't have to raise the action.

;)

Loving it to death.

When i got my MIJ Ibanez i was originally looking for a S, but then i saw the RT450 i bought for like 250. Ended up being a pretty short lived series of Alder RG body shape with a 2pt trem and a more strat like neck.

That’s one in my wheelhouse for a shred stick: a shredder but still has a very classy look. (I like stripes and day glow and military stickers and all, but having a natural classy shredder in the stable like that is very cool)

:) locking trems on anything under $900 scare the crap out of me and are a deal breaker for me. :) i don't use a bar anyway. Hard tail would be fine :)
