I have wanted a Les Paul Jr for as long as I can remember. They have always appealed to me as the simplest form of a bare bones rock n roll guitar. Plug in. Grip it and rip it. I've been watching the guitar below for about two years now at a local Guitar Center. It's a 2010 model with a nice two piece body with a nice striped rosewood board. I would always play it whenever I was in the store. Patently waiting for them to get a burst model in. Well fast forward to last night. I walk in that it is on clearance from $899 to $400. I didn't hesitate. Got it home, changed the string and did a quick setup and now it plays like butter. So happy to add a Jr to my slowly growing Les Paul collection. I'll try to get SE better pictures this afternoon. For now, here's a crappy cell phone pic.
