NGD Les Paul

Re: NGD Les Paul

What kind of a dumb@$$ question is that?

Do you ask what kind of a conversationalist this woman is?

Do ask how well this woman can handle advanced Trig formulas?

Just like those women, even if that thing doesn't make a sound it is awesome.

"How does it sound and play?" Seriously man - get your priorities in order!

I honestly don't know what the hell I was thinking. I may need to seek some professional guidance. But not from you Ace, just to be clear. LOL.

Oh, and I definitely think it needs a poker chip. I'm a traditionalist when it comes to LP's though. I think they need pickguards too, which flies in the face of conventional wisdom here.

Really nice chevron top there! and a very interesting pale finish. For my tastes I'd say:
Pokerchip, yes.
Pickguard, no.

Thanks.

Agree on the pickguard. I think the 2017's shipped with pickguards but they weren't installed so the guitar isn't drilled (thankfully). I got it used and the pickguard was missing. But I'm glad it wasn't installed. I don't hate them, if they are on the guitar, I usually leave them on. But if they aren't, I don't add one.

I'm leaning toward a no on the poker chip but I have one somewhere. I'll get around to trying it. I did put one on my Tribute but it was calling for it.

Yah, PhilaLuthier is a very good source. Six humbucker covers just arrived from them yesterday, along with a set of tuners and some other odds & ends. StewMac is my other primary source for parts & luthiers tools. I usually check PhilaLuthier first- they don't carry as much stuff but the prices are often more reasonable.
