NGD- Peavey Nitro active 1

Re: NGD- Peavey Nitro active 1

Thanks!
I'm hoping he might have the nut that came off the guitar.

Re: NGD- Peavey Nitro active 1

Looks cool. What's the difference between this and the Vandenberg model?

IIRC, the Nitro was both the replacement for the Vandy as well as a Michelangelo Batio sig model (hence the name) for a time.

Then of course you have the rosewood board vs the Vandy's ebony, and the Vandy had those side cutouts. And a neck single. And played like a brick.

I'm buying the Kahler, tuners and the guts (assuming he means pots and wiring) this week for $120. He doesn't have the nut, so I'll get that ordered today.
This project may be completed sooner than expected. Now I just have to decide on a paint scheme.

Picked up the Kahler after work yesterday. Also the pots, tuners and the output jack.

Of course, I had to mount them to see how it looks.

Thinking custom custom. There's one in the trader forum, but I may have to wait til next week to purchase one, and I'm sure that'll be gone by then. I still have to order the locking nut. Not to mention, that this is the time of the month where it seems every frickin' bill is due.

Don't ya hate it when bills get in the way of guitars?! :soapbox:
