For those of you who followed my previous build thread, sorry for the wait!
I have nothing but amazing opinions of the guys over at Precision Guitar Kits after building my new Les Paul! The wood is premium quality and the build quality is imo better than gibson. My guitar looks, feels, and sounds better than anything I've played.
Specs as follows:
59 carved top with carved heel and tummy cut
Chambered
60s offset neck profile
Ebony fretboard
Black limba top
Two piece mahogany body
Ebony headstock veneer
Hardware:
Hipshot locking tuners
Graph tech nut
Tone pros nylon saddles nashville bridge
Genuine bigsby b7 vibrato screwed directly to the wood, not vibramate here!
Electronics:
All cavities are shielded with copper tape
Switch craft three way switch
Gibson 500k pots, the volume knob on the neck pickup is a push pull
Pearly gates in the neck
59/custom hybrid in the bridge
Orange drop .047uf
The body is finished with Tru oil
