NGD USA Jackson content

So, a trip to NH scored this beauty, immaculate condition. Guess I should have dusted it off more but as soon as I got home, it was plugged in and played at face melting levels

GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY

I miss my Charvels of days gone by but this is ever bit as good playing and sounding

Eerie Dess Swirl, one of the best versions of art I have seen on a Jackson

Ebony board, neck thru, gorgeous MOP sharkfin inlays and glowing logo, JB/Jazz set... nice USA

So, are we gonna take bets on how long I will have this   ... remember, I am a Explorer addict but this could become a new addiction

Man ,those are extreme cool instruments. i had a ferrari red in my hand lately ,and it was playing extremly well. I am not a 6 string player anymore so I stay away from jackson ,but my custom 8 string is a Kelly haha.

Welcome to the fam

Well, maybe welcome back... I have owned at least a dozen USA Jackson's in the last 15 years. I was more partial to the San Dimas Charvels though

My only nitpick with Jackson is the alder bodies, the things are too **** light but they make up for it with extreme playability. Tonewise though they are great but my e/2 still blows it out of the water in every respect

looks tight. I didn't like how my high e would tend to fall off the fretboard on my old one. maybe it was just mine, or god forbid...my playing style. enjoy!

I love the guitar, but it looks like someone molested the corners by dropping it on a concrete floor. =S
