NGD! Vintage Gibson...

Picked up a 1966 SG Melody maker. You might say I like SGs Anyway, it was at local shop. There's some lovely checking of the finish which my ****ty phone camera couldn't really capture. It's in pretty darn good condition for the age and it sounds fantastic. The single pickup is surprisingly fat sounding too.

Nice score! Love the smell and feel of an old Gibson.

But I can hardly wait for the inevitable "....needs a Floyd Rose and an Invader!" post. LOL!!!

I already ripped out the guts and put in EMGs guys! I'm gonna refinish it with some skullz and lightning too.
