I thought I posted this yesterday but I guess not... I got a Tagima TW-61. It an excellent guitar for only $300. The only upgrade I plan to do right now is a new nut.

Yeah he played the custom Brazilian made Tagimas, this is a ROC made guitar. Lol. For $300 you can't go wrong. It's not really my style either but it never hurts to explore.

I'll change the nut and the pots but the piçkups & switches seem fine.

I'd be curious to hear how it sounds. I don't have any experience with P-90's or whatever those pickups are.

Yeh, they're P-90's, I don't even know what it sounds like when I go through every switch yet. I've only tried it on 2 of the 5 varitone settings in both rhythm & treble, I like them all so far, I hit some surf & jazz tones as well as some early 50's roçk ànd rockabilly.
