Congratulations! Those are some of the most praiseworthy guitars to ever come out of the Mexican plant. They consistently got a high marks from just about every corner of the guitar playing community. Did that case come with it?

Yes case included. Back in 2002 companies wern't screwing people w/o a case.
Plus my local vintage shop guy is Aces been dealing with him 20 years.
You know when i was a kid one of the coolest things about musical instruments was the case.
Sad that guitar cases are not included even with $1300 guitars.
Wish we could get back to that.
The color on this guitar is called Honey Blonde.

I remember those. Played one in the transparent blue, looked like the Bonnie Raitt sig Strat. Very nice guitars. The "neck-on" button switch is a nice added feature.

If I am shopping for a used strat, is there a functional difference between 6 point and 2 point trems?

I know that traditionally they have been six point. Do they sound different? Better tuning stability?

I've never noticed a sonic difference- they can be set up to have the same tuning stability, but I did find it easier to set up the 2 point bridge.

You can get the six point to function as a two point bridge. I've got both bridges and I don't hear a difference between the two of them. Tuning stability can be equal between them but other factors weigh in on getting that stability.
