good condition, though i wouldn't take the cover off as it used to have a logo but now it's all scratched up with the way i took the logo off. otherwise it works perfectly fine, has about a foot of 4-con. lead.

i want either a JB, a distortion(bridge or neck), an invader(bridge or neck), or a custom, any magnet in the jb or custom is fine. or, $45 by money order is fine too.

He said the leads are 12". That's pretty much factory length, not short at all.

How did he know that as I didn't see that in your OP? You mentioned it has 12" of 4 conductor cable which to me doesn't scream of it being replaced before.
