Looks really killer... I suspect though you might suffer from some serious sticker shock though if they are made in the USA. Boutique guitars come with boutique prices when made in the USA.

It says it's made in Japan on the control plate, probably still has a commanding price.
Is that a 25.5" scale? The 24.75" scale is what I don't usually like about Gibson style guitars.

Preference i guess. I think it looks mint as but yeah a jackson style heel would function better. But i still like the look of it. looks neat and tidy/

On one hand, it's obviously a beautiful instrument with excellent woods, fit and finish.
On the other hand, it looks like the inbred offspring of a Carvin carved top with an even uglier headstock and inlays to me...

I have to agree. They've just got something special about them, even the lower end ones.

I actually prefer Carvin headstocks because the strings run straighter from bridge to tuners than on a Gibson or PRS. I'm not saying it's an advantage that the strings beak down over the nut instead of down and sideways, but it is more appealling to me.
