Greeting,
I have purchushed a TB-5 for my Charvel Star Project...
Thisis the first time I intall a seymour duncan so I followed the instractions:(1 HUM,1 VOL)
I followed the schematic carefully and when I plugged the guitar into the amp,it started to make noise, like a hiss or a buzz...
I checked again the schematic but everything was correct...
What can I do about it?
Leave it as it is? Do something else?

Thanks a lot

If there's no noise, and the pickup works fine, I see no problem.

Any suggestions?
Resolder everything?

Check for signal and ground connections with your multimeter. It's possible something got fried with the installation, especially if you used a large wattage iron (years ago, I used a 100W soldering gun once...once.)

Also, welcome to the forum!

I used a 45W...
Is it very strong?
What part might be fried?

P.S I keep an eye in the forum for long...but it's nice to be here...!!!!!

Not every guitarist has a multimeter. It amazes me why everyone assumes they do.

Since you have lots of buzz, you need to reconnect the bridge-to-pot ground wire, and add a pot-to-jack wire, and the pickup's ground has to be on the pot as well.
