There are literally a ton of Digital Delays with tap tempo, starting with Boss and moving to almost every other company. Are you looking for an analog delay with tap tempo? If so the Diamond Memory Lane is sweet.
If not I guess we start with Boss DD-5, DD-6, DD-20, Digitech Digidelay, Danelectro Wasabi Delay, Carl Martin Delayla, T.C. Electronics Vintage Delay, Pigtronix Echolution, DLS Echotap, T-Rex Replica.
There's a slew more too...

Delayla has no taptempo, only the XL and the one on the Quattro, plus the Echotone that has both manual and taptempo.
Akai Headrush, SIB Echodrive has no tempoflab but is a cool unit!
The new Eventide and new TC electronics delays also has tempotabutappu!
