Non-MXR based phasers?

So it seems that in the phaser market, nearly all of the products out there are clones of an MXR phaser of some type. There are exceptions, but they seem to be few and far between. The first one that comes to my mind is the Empress Phaser, but that's way more than I, and most people, need or even want from a phaser. I know that as far as circuits that are worth cloning, the Mu-trons come to mind, but I can't think of anything else. Anybody have some suggestions?

Oh, and I saw this yesterday and I'm smitten. Screw the reverb, this is my next and last modulation purchase. Supposedly it's based on a Mu-tron of some sort (not too familiar with Mu-tron stuff, all I know is the Bi-phase).

I used to be a phaser junkie and have had a lot of them over the years.

The old 3 knob Mu-Tron Phaser is cool, I like the EH Small Stone and Bad Stone phasers, there is the old rocker button Maestro thats pretty cool, Maestro Mini Phase is a cool one too, I also really liked the Boss PH-1r I used to have...

I always wanted one of the Fender phasers but they were hard to find and expensive before the reissues hit.

The Bi-Phase isa cool but those were always big bucks plus they are just plain big!

Too many cool phasers!

What makes the Maestro PS-1 and PS-1A are so cool is that when you go from slow to fast speeds, the unit ramps up (or down) like a Leslie ... also, the circuit is SOOO coloured, it's like instant '70s. However, it can clip the input of your amp, so if you like 'dead clean' phase sounds, the Maestro is probably not the one for you. It's also hard to gig with due to the massive size and the fact that it takes 110V and has a VERY short power cord!

tc electronic make some nice pedals but the one that I put my money on was a Red Witch Moon Phaser. It produces a range of modulation effects inspired by David Gilmour circa 1973.
