Before large scale automation, I imagine a lot of tubes were made that way.

That is totally awesome, I had no idea how tubes were "made" before this. I imagine they sound pretty awesome.

thats pretty cool, but I think I would have tried to have a minimal amount of facial hair around that much open flame.

The guy in the video makes it seem not so complicated, does he? But daym, he's got quite the tool shed.
