Actually I have to agree with fusion101 here, that guitar looks like ass. Good intent, the shade of red just turned out too bright

I gotta agree..not such a good deal....one look at the bridge/tp was all it took for me...those fine tuning bridges and the Schallers like Heritage use..well...frankly....suck! :laugh2:

yeah, i find the top kinda groovy. but the bridge is unbearable.

I must be smoking crack then. I thought $1600 BIN for a Standard PLUS was a pretty good deal. I'm not a huge Cherry Sunburst fan, but pics tend to make them look far more red than they really are, and I thought it had a nice flame pattern. The tailpiece can be replaced for $20. :22:

I thought $1600.00 was a pretty damn good preice too, and for what it's worth...it's no more ugly that any other damn Cherry burst!

i dont see what's wrong with it..

if you REALLY dislike the color you can strip and repaint it, with that nice flame i'd even leave it natural. the bridge is a non issue also.. and you'd still be going WELL below a new one

i think its good considering its a les paul gibson. IM not a big fan of the 80's cherry sun burst thing but if it was black i'd or red i'd buy it in a second.
