Slowly building up a collection for my new amp. Obviously I know what I'm getting with the the DS1. Anyone have experience with this chorus pedal?

Hi Hoosier Rocker. Did you used to be 'Hoosier Daddy 'here from Bloomington? I think you did.

It's quite possible. I rejoined a few months ago when I was having trouble logging in and couldn't reset my password

Hoosier Daddy ripped me for for 100 dollars on a trader forum transaction back before buyer protection, here on this forum and I'm "quite possibly " sure it was you!

I've not bought anything from anyone on these or any other guitar forums. When was this? I moved to Bloomington in July of 2014. Before that I living in Arizona. Either way I am telling the truth

I'm sorry forgive me please.

It's ok, I would be ticked too but have to admit at first I was pretty upset about being accused of such a thing. The thing you have to realize is that Bloomington is home to the Indiana Hoosiers and they are pretty much the only show in town. So it's not coincidental at all that two people from this town would have "Hoosier" in the profile name. I guess I should have been more original. Haha

I had the Analog Chorus, replaced it with a TC Electronic Chorus, just had a sound more to my liking....

It seems "classic old school" is where you are going here.

Might I suggest this instead?

Do you already own the MXR? If so, why not give it swirl? It looks pretty interesting and I've yet to be disappointed with MXR, though I only own 3 of their pedals (phase, flange, and distortion).

I do, and appreciate the feedback. I spent some quality time with the new pedal today and do think it will work well for me. It sounds good to me. I'm not sure I understand analog chorus vs. digital tho.

Ultimately, unless you are using an external power supply, who cares if it is analogue or digital? If you like what it does, then that's all that matters!
