OD Pedal with modelling amp

Would a good OD pedal, like a TS or Blues Driver sound good with, say, the clean black face model on my Vox AD15VT amp? Anyone use an OD pedal with a digital amp with good results?

I really struggle to like the OD of this amp. Fizz city. But the cleans are so darn good.

I use a TS with my V-Amp 2 *edit* and yeah with great result

THe Vox models are pretty accurate compared to their real counter-parts, my only problem is that they are very dark since they lack a presence control.

I run a clean boost into mine and get some pretty good results.

I run a Vox Valvetone into my GT-8 as a lead boost and it works very well (depending on the model).

Try running your Vox into a good quality cab. Most of the modeling amps I've seen run pretty low quality cabs and non-descript speakers.
