Hey Guys,
I am still trying to find some OD pedals that would work well with my Lonestar Special 4X10. I have a Fat Boost and a Maxon 808 richt now and I really want to find some other options. I like the Fat Boost alot, but dont really care 100% for the 808 as it takes too much low end away!
Anyway, I am looking for a couple pedals to do diffrent things:

1) Low-Mild OD for the Clean Channel
2)Medium Marshally/British OD
3)Thick OD for Leads

I have heard alot about the MI Audio and Xotics stuff, any suggstions
Thank you

The Xotic BB Preamp should be great for what you are after. I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard good words on it.. Check out some Andy Timmons clips on youtube where he combines the BB Preamp with his Lone Star.

MI Audio is good stuff. The clips I've heard of the Duncan Twin Tube Classic through the Lonestar sounded very good.

Nobody else?... How about a good low/medium OD that likes EL84 amps and humbuckers. Also a good British voiced OD for boosting solos.

If you like the Tubescreamer tone, but want more bass--check out the Bad Monkey. This has to be a "Best Buy" pedal. Instead of the single Tone control, you have separate Bass and Treble controls. It works!
