Oem ac adaptor for twintube

Hi.
I have twintube pedal and bought oem ac adaptor on ebay. But seller sent me ac 18v and 1a instead of 16v and 650ma. Can i plug it without damage? Or should i return it to seller?

The adapter puts out 18-volts. The extra 2V shouldn't hurt anything. The pedal draws the current it needs. The extra capacity of the adapter is simply headroom. You should be good to go.
