I'd love to see someone plug one of those in, roll the guitar volume up to 10, switch to the drive channel, and roll down amp volume on that channel. Play hard, then switch to clean :laugh2:

I wasn't aware that you could test the resistance of an active pickup...at least, with EMG's or duncan livewires.

Interesting find.... I think someone else posted a thread about the same pickup.. It almost seems like overkill, but I wonder how it would sound through a good tube amp... only for REAL metal heads I would think. :headbang:

Lol, I posted the past thread about that pup =D Didnt buy it though..... I'll get one of their single coils as a cheap replacement later. Supposedly, all actives are supposed to have rediculous outputs when measured with a multimeter. these don't seem to be an exception....
