...i just got my order for a 4 conducter '59 neck in zebra.... i know i did it sais that on my receipt

a neck zebra the bobbin with the screw pole pieces is supposed to be cream right?

that's what it sais on the SD zebra chart. and that's what i've read a million times on this forum.

i'm positive i got a reverse zebra... according to that chart i did.

am i right?

That is a pic of zebra pickups on the top. At least zebra by SD standards.

my '59 looks like the one on the bottom left corner of that chart, which is reverse zebra. zebra is right above it, what i ordered.

so did they screw up or did i?

yup, i just noticed it sais "rev zebra" on the box.

because if this is right, i think the coil with flat pole pieces is in series with the other coil. if it was turned around it would sound a little different. might sound cool? idk.

im just gna send it back to **** for a zebra.
