Watching extreme sport cats using their expensive GoPro tethers and attachments I was thinking I can bang up something like that using household metal junk and rubber bands. I still would not bungee jump with it but for my intended purpose it seems to work as well as the 20+ years old KORG G1. Times come and go but I think it's still great for DI recording. Ages ago I used an EQ and a compressor after it to smooth things, now'days IR cab sims solve it in one step.
