So - just threw a Duncan Custom SH-5 in my LP and am loving it! Total balls-out rocknroll tone! PAF on steroids is definitely an accurate description.
It's funny though you look at the "users" of this on the pickup page- it's all guys from nu metal and modern metal bands that I've never really heard. I realize that these are probably just the current endorsees.
I'm curious - Seing as this pickup originally came out in the late 70's/early 80's, what players note used this pickup back in the day? ...
