Its a photoshop, look closely. All the knobs are exactly the same, same position and if you look at the toggle switches up front and at the back the toggle switch is photographed from the same angle. Good work from the guy though, pretty funny. Besides, Duncan Designed that cost $200 each? haha he's trolling.
